"Dear Amber Hotel Management: I recently stayed at your hotel (23.5 - 26.5) and had a very good experience. I found our room (#306) comfortable and clean, and the air conditioner worked well. The window openings to the quiet courtyard in back was also nice. The complimentary breakfast was superb. I also wanted to commend your staff, in particular Jarek, from the front desk, who was very helpful during our entire stay. Jarek pointed out a good local restaurant for us on our last night, checked train times for us and provided directions to a number of locations during the days we were there, set up tourist bookings, and set up two lunch boxes for us on our morning train ride back to Warsaw this last Saturday. Hi there, My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in your hotel from Tues - Sat last week. We would just like to say again how helpful and friendly all the staff in the hotel were especially the ladies at reception (Paula and Paulina in particular).
