This enjoyable city walk is designed with children in mind while offering great fun for adults as well. During the tour, participants will experience a one-of-a-kind musical clock in the courtyard of the oldest university in Poland, a special opening of the Veit Stoss Altarpiece at St. Mary’s Basilica, and the famous St. Mary’s Trumpet Call played live and broadcast on Polish Radio.

Children policy

Children of all ages are welcome. Free! All children under 6 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child under 2 years old - 50 PLN/ night on a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Additional charges will not be automatically added to the total cost of the reservation and must be paid directly to the property. STANDARDS FOR THE PROTECTION OF MINORS AT AMBER BOUTIQUE HOTELS In order to protect minors who, due to their age and psychophysical development, deserve special care, these Standards are adopted. They define the necessary procedures and guidelines for the protection of minors against harm and crimes committed to their detriment that may occur on the premises of the Hotel. Amber Boutique Hotels applies Standards for the Protection of Minors and therefore the adult may be asked additional questions to verify the Minor's data and the relationship between the Adult and the Minor. To identify the Minor and his/her relationship with the person with whom he/she is staying at the Hotel, you will be asked for the Minor's identity document (ID card, passport, school ID, birth certificate) and record his details in the hotel guest register; in case of failure to present the above-mentioned document and failure to sign the registration card on behalf of the Minor, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in.

Animal policy

The hotel accepts small dogs (up to 10 kg) provided that the fee is paid and the regulations are signed, up to 1 dog per room.

Cancellation terms

Payment for the stay is made at the hotel. In order to guarantee the reservation, it is required to provide the credit card details - a maximum of 7 days before the planned arrival, a pre-authorization is made on the card for the amount corresponding to the first day of the stay. This is a temporary blocking of funds on the credit card to ensure adequate financial availability. Free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 1 day before the planned arrival (until 2:00 p.m. on the day before arrival), which results in the release of the pre-authorization. Cancellation after this deadline or no-show on the day of arrival will result in a charge for the first night of the stay. When booking more than 4 rooms, special conditions may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.
